Recently the Dutch filmaker Theo Van Gogh was slain by muslim extremists who said his film "submission" was insulting to the muslim faith. This was done by extremist, and the action has been condemned by several major leaders of islam. While his film did not insult the faith itself it insulted the way women are treated by men.
